Deposit Policy

HD Hair Artistry requires an upfront deposit of 50% of your booking to confirm bookings. This deposit ensures your reservation and is part of our commitment to providing the best service to all our clients.

Deposit Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Deposits are non-refundable due to the resources committed to your appointment. However, we understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your originally scheduled appointment, and we will be glad to transfer your deposit to the new date.

Late Rescheduling or No-show Policy: If you are unable to reschedule and do not notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place because last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our operations and other customers.

Cancellations and Their Impact: HD Hair Artistry is a small business that operates by appointment only. Cancellations, especially those made without adequate notice, have a significant effect on our business and our ability to serve other customers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Key Information from HD Hair Artistry
Staff Specialisation: Please be aware that our salon is bustling with staff members who specialise in various areas of service. The stylist who colours your hair may not be the one who blow-dries it.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the full service you booked due to time constraints. In such cases, you will still be charged for the originally booked service.

Consultations and Service Changes: We perform a comprehensive consultation to understand your requirements better. If you decide to downgrade your service on the day of the appointment (for example, you booked for a full head and decide you would prefer a 1/4 head), please understand that you will still be charged for the originally booked service.

Impact of Changes and Cancellations: As a small business operating strictly by appointment, any changes or cancellations can significantly impact our operations and other clients' experiences. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.

Service Satisfaction and Rectification Policy: At HD Hair Artistry, we aim to provide exceptional services that meet your expectations. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the service or colour you received, we encourage you to let us know within 48 hours of your appointment.
